why do you NEED an ECU upgrade for a 2002 civic EX? why don't you look for like an intake first? if you're gonna try and get a chip that will re-map all of honda's strict emissions ****, good luck with that

There is no OBD-3. G7 Civics are still OBD-2.

i already have emmissions stuff i have a cold air intake and i also have a header and a complete freakin exhaust system the reason i need it is because my car tops out at 100 and doesnt allow it to go any faster unless anyone knows how to take the governers off the car oh yeah to do that you need to mess with the ecu

can you really?? who can chip the ecu? that would be first that ive heard of it being possible.. please show information to back this up..
and you do not need to be going 100mph your 1/4 trap speed should not be that fast.. most gsr hybrids run at about 95-100mph i think and they have a lot more power than your civic ex.. dont kill yourself dood..
