MY civic wont start!!!!
my battery is good my starter is brand new my tumbler is good i had Honda make me a brand new key and when i turn the key nothing happens anyone run into this before?? any help would be appreciated thanks...

All lights turn on inside and outside all power accessories work fine when in ACC but when i turn the key to ON nothing happens not even a click from the starter

prolly the ignition switch. even if the tumbler turns you should get B+ but the switch to the starter may be worn out.

How do you know the safety switch is fine? When you press the clutch pedal down and turn the key to ON(III), do you measure battery voltage at the wire attached to the starter solenoid?
Have you checked the G3 ground wire that runs between the engine and transmission?

A digital MM will cost you $15-$25. With it, you'd pinpoint the problem in minutes by determining whether battery voltage fails to reach the safety switch (ignition switch) or starter solenoid (switch wires). You could also test the G3 ground wire.

i have the same problem on my b16a2 2000 swap for my ek how do i go about checking my switch to my starter or my ingnition? cause i was just driving it to the store started fine and came back home fine but when it got in the garage it went dead
