Default my car wont turn over>>>

95 civic si

Problem: I just got the battery recharged and the car would not turn over, i push start it and it runs.
on the gauge cluster the battery and the check engine light does not come on when i put the key on the on position without cranking it yet, and when i crank it, it just clicks and those two lights come on barely.
what is wrong with my car, I need this car for school,
thanks, for the help in advance if anyone is able to...

the fuses are good including the 80 amp and i checked the battery connections already too...

What's the battery voltage? Did it take the charge? How is the conncection to the starter? I just went through a similar problem with a ford focus.

i cant tell you the voltage, but i swapped another battery from my brother's crx that started before i took it off,
and the battery that i took and charge the the store also started my brothers car..
so both batteries was good.. except it did not start my car

Start poking around the starter with you multi meter or a hammer then.
