Lug nut just spins

Lug nut just spins
well i was taking off my wheels, when i got to the rear one, one of the lug nuts just spin, and i think the stud is to, how can i get it off?

i dont think you gonna get it off unless you snap it off.. this happened to me but in the front. ended up snapping like 2 off of each wheel then replaced them with arp studs. your gonna need a BIG hammer. goodluck.

Most likely if it's spinning you're going to need to drill it out or try to grind it off. Most likely you're also going to need a new rear hub/bearing assembly.

jesus, someone else suggested grabbing the rear of the stud with vise grips and holding it,but i dont think i cant fit them back there

I'm sure if the lug nut is so tight that it's spinning the stud you aren't going to be able to hang onto it with a vice grips. If you try to do it that way I'd hope you have an impact gun to go along with it.
