ls turbo sleeve?

Default ls turbo sleeve?

im new to the turbo scene, looking for about 400whp on my built ls...question is would the stock sleeves handle this (maybe with block gaurd?)or should i re-sleeve. Personally I would like to keep stock since it does cost alot to do this

I would say you should be okay BUT you would have better luck asking in the Forced Induction forum.

Stock sleeves have known to hold over 500hp.
Im not promising yours will, becuase I don't know the condition of them.

With 400, you should be ok.

I use devcon liquid aluminum in my engine. Proven to hold over 30 psi

400 should be fine on stock, just get a good tune. I can't emphasize that enough, Hondata is your friend.

I wouldn't quite say this is the wrong forum, but you would be better off asking in the FI forum.

its all in the tune no boost spike and no detonation and your straight with stock sleeves assuming your car is a street car you will have no point in filling in your sleeves with devcon because it would cause cooling issues and also with the block guard its pretty much useless and proven ineffective its 2011 not 2004
