Air bags should be taken seriously!!! many people who install airbags in cars are killed anually by accidental deployment. You should go to your local honda dealer and have it looked at. If it does not have the stock steering wheel the light will remain illuminated until you unplug the bulb. Good luck be safe but if the car still retains the factory steering wheel have it looked at.
