its like 375 w/ tranny so your good.

can i put that motor on that thing with tranny still attached? also can I build my motor and change like timing belt water pump while its on that stand?

well, i dont know how you would bolt it to the stand w/ the tranny attached, so no on the first question, and w/ tranny off it bolts up where the tranny goes, so yes on the second.

I got somethin similar and u cant put it on with the tranny attached and ya u can change the timing belt while its on it

That will do just fine. I bought my stand from Autozone, and it worked just fine for ~ a year

would you recommend this thing as oppose to peices of wood with or skateboards

i would because of the price, but its really not much help unless you are building internals and need to rotate the motor upside down and stuff like that. for $40 though, i would pick it up.
