how to get off a door pannel
i know this is a stupid noob question but i don't wanna get it off and not be able to put it back on or break something. i few days ago one of my friends left a can or root beer in my car and it exploded in my back seat needless to say i was not very happy. so i cleaned my car but some of the root beer got in my drivers side door and every time i put my window down it streaks and i get syrup on my window so i need to take it off and wash it out so i do it get it off are there jus clips and it pops off or are there screws too? thanks for any help

It's not hard.
1) Screw in the inner door grab.
2) Screw behind the door handle. (You'll have to remove the door handle cover)
3) Speaker cover
Then, just yank the door panel up and off. Hit it with some simple green and reassembly is reverse.
NOTE: If you have manual windows, you'll have to remove the c-clip that holds the door handle on. I use tweezers or a pocket knife.
It's not hard.

he drives an EX, it's super easy just like stated above sometimes it's a PITA to get the top part tucked back into the top of the door, but don't force it, work with it.

sometimes it's a PITA to get the top part tucked back into the top of the door, but don't force it, work with it.

i work at a glass shop....
1st take out the screw under the handle to open the door
then take out the screw in the little rest thing for a cell phone or whatever
pop off the speaker cover and unscrew the 4 screws that are on the outside of the speaker
pull firmly around the outside of the panel and it will pop out there are about 14 or so clips i would say and then undo the speaker cable and then pull out down around the speaker and pull up on the top right side of it.........need to know anything else let me know! i own a 00 si too and have to do the same thing
