Looks similar but not identical to the EG cluster below. Maybe your car's cluster connector pin outs are different from your cluster's pin out. Are your CEL and other bulbs in the same location? What does your other cluster look like? Post a picture.

Which one? So is this cluster even repairable, or should I start my search for a new one?

Study the diagrams I posted.

I'm trying to figure out whether your cluster connectors and cluster have different pin outs and this is the cause of the problem.

Do the your cluster's CEL power and ground wires pin to A3 and A6?

Yes, yellow is at A3 and green/orange at A6

I studied the diagrams you showed me The only difference I an tell is mine has an extra illumination light next the the abs light.

Here's the picture of the cluster without the tach. I studied the diagram and it looks the same to me.

And yes, that's yellow paint on the actual circuit, going over the copper circuit that goes to A3. But i don't think that would affect it much since both the speedometer and the CEL don't work for either cluster.

I found a cluster at the junkyard (one with a tach) but its for an automatic, could I transfer the copper circuit over to my cluster or would that not work?

Remove the cluster from the car.

Test for continuity between:

-A3 and one side of CEL socket

-A6 and other side of CEL socket

I have no continuity on either side for both a3 and a6. Guess I need a new cluster?
