hello what are the best b16a internel upgrade...??? Cams, valves, retainer, springs..?

thank you for reading first of all..
i m done w/ most of boltons on my b16a..
and it's time for me to do some valvetrain upgrades....
my question is that, which camshaft is known to make most HP...?
everyone seems to love skunk2 stuff...
what about GSR n ITR cams..?
USDM gsr cams worth adding it...?
if u have choice what would u get..?
options are GSR, ITR, Crower stg3, skunk2 stg3
i know i don need to upgrade V.springs n retainers W/gsr cams
how about ITR cams..? do i need to upgrade valve train if i want ITR cams..?
what about cam gears..?
most of peeps says aem tru cam gears r the best..
is that true..?
can i make moticable HP w/ITR or GSR cam gears or they r not worth puttin in..?
also
i have blown h22 sittin at home, and that H is beefed up w/ crower retains and Vsprins
can i just use reatiner n Vsprings from H22 on b16..?
What about OEM H22a V springs n retainers..?
can i use them on my b16a as upgrade(like b18c springs n retainers are use on b16a as upgrade)

cash? skys the limit? What are you trying to achieve? most horsepower dosent = fastest in all areas. remember you spend the whole time accelerating to that max horsepower number, its not like the engine will make that power all through out the power band. only a pro should work on your head/valve spring situation. there are seat pressure, installed spring height, coil bind to name a few points of interest. also remember with increasing the stiffness of your springs other components wear quickly. LMAs, rockers, valveseats, etc... good luck. I dont think the h22 springs/retainers are gonna work either.

ok let me put it this way..
i want to improve on low-mid rpm range
budget..hmmm i can afford skunk2 stg3(600usd around) if they make most HP...
and also
can u tell me what are the parts that i need to beef up to use high lift cams..?

after watching engine/rebuilding dvd about 20times, me n my friend did h22 valvetrain upgrade(stg1), w/ Vspring compressor from ebay, .. lol.. it was fine unill h22 got fried due to oil starvation(demeged oilpan)...

type r LMAs, I like Buddy Club stuff. They pack a good mid range punch. Depends on driving style. I like autocross/rallye/road racing. Larger lift allows more breathing @ higher rpm. With those skunk2s I wouldnt suggest oversized valves. Clicking limit should be around .030" i think...(Clicking limit is space between two valves open @ full lift.)Higher compression pistons make a huge difference with cams too. Im builing an ls/vtec right now. B18a1/type r head, buddy club IV cams, BC springs and retainer and gears. Using p30 pistons. Should make ~ 200whp with a proper tune. Your B16 likes to breathe alot. S2PRO1 would probably be good, but they really like high compression too, as ive called and talked to theyre techs. Also, what are you going to use for management?

b16's will never have lowend without boost so dont worry about that. if you want better midrange look at buddy club spec III+. they dont really make power past 7-7.5k so if you want to make power higher then look elsewhere but dont expect to have the same kind of midrange.
remember though, the overall package will better determine the power and powerband, not just the cams.
