13g-crx

I've been having some issues since I bought the car in Sept. A little back ground on the car- Tranny was rebuilt in 2004 and the clutch was replaced in 06 with an exedy stg2 and has just been DD since then. The guy didn't beat on it at all. It started out that it would grind at high rpm when shifting fast in almost every gear. It kept getting worse untill finally it wouldn't hardly go in gear. Now you push in the clutch and its like its not dis-engaging/releasing at high rpm untill the motor revs back down. I've replaced the slave and adjusted the rod at the pedal assembly and it didn't help. The master isn't leaking and it is moving the slave so I'm assuming its good. Occasionally I can smell the clutch but I can't understand why its not releasing. I know its kinda hard to understand what I'm trying describe here..... Any suggestions before I go and buy a clutch?
