Default GSR CTR or Skunk 2 S1 Camshaft?

I am trying to decide which camshafts to put on my stock b16a2 motor in my 99 SI. I have some bolt-ons and a type r ecu. Which would make more power. I heard different things and I am leaning towards Civic type r. Any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated!

skunk2 stage 1's are bigger than ctr's and gsr's so logically they'll make more power. but you'll also want upgraded valvetrain with them.

but I heard that the ctr's are equally as aggressive as the skunk2 stage 2 camshafts because of the compression. Is this true?

ctr has higher compression than a stock b16a2. so oviously the higher comp will get you more outta the cams. dont need to get cams, you better off swapping out the block to a gsr that alone will get you more power than just a cam swap. then if you have the money get upgraded valvetrain and a set of cams to go along with it

no. skunk2 stage 2's have much, much more lift and duration than ctr's.
