ES shifter bushing w/ stock/short shifter
just a quick question. but before I start I want to remind everyone (just in case) that this is just a 2 piece bushing kit that installs to shifter linkage and under the shifter (i believe)
anyways, was planning on buying the Energy Suspension Shifter Stabilizer Bushing Kit and was wondering when I put it on my stock shifter, will a B&M short shifter install correctly? I know it's a stupid question but I just wanted to make sure. will I still be able to put the short shifter on without any modifications?
and I was also wondering if there is any noticeable difference with putting the Energy Suspension Shifter Stabilizer Bushing Kit on a stock linkage. I have no modifications done to tranny or shifter. everything is completely stock. I'm eventually getting a B&M short throw (why? cuz they're one of the most commonly liked short shifters I read about) so if there isn't a difference, will I notice it with a short shifter?
thx h-t

look at the bottom, that guy has the exact same thing you are trying to do. and he has made 2 write ups about it so it works.

it wont matter what shifter you use, with the bushings. where the bushings are the stock shifter and the b&m shifter are the same

I've got ES bushings on my B&M shifter [thanks evasive ] and my dad has ES bushings on his stock shifter. both work beautifully, and installation is identical.
