Well, that makes about as much sense as OP's initial question:

The ethanol subsidy is a carry-over of the farm subsidy on corn and contrary to what people believe, the corn used in the mash to produce alcohol isn't worthless at the end of the ethanol process. It simply removes the starches from the corn kernel, leaving the fibrous, protein-rich distller's grain which serves as livestock food. There is not much of an impact on food-bearing corn crops

I agreed earlier, surprised this has not been locked/moved.

I just wanted to know if you could run it in a stock car.
I'm about to unsubscribe from my own thread. They keep saying things that don't relate to my question whatsoever

Don't listen to the idiots posting about E85, My car was running on E85 for 3 years with STOCK fuel lines, not one problem.. I used ID1000's, a good FPR, and a walbro intank and inline fuel pump and had my car tuned for E85.. Car was making 600 plus WHP, my injectors never got gummed up, my fuel lines never corroded and it ran absolutely fine.

I now run an FCS fuel tank, no more stock fuel lines, two inline Bosch 044 pumps and am tuned on Ignite 114 and E98 not one problem. I have been tuned on 114 and E98 for a year and a half..

So my car has been running 4 plus years on ethanol and is just fine.. I am running 700 plus WHP. Leakdown on all cylinders is less than 3%..
