cooling fan fuse keeps blowing
two years ago i picked up a fal fan and fluidyne rad for my 92 civic, no problems at all until about two weeks ago, now that the weather is getting hot i keep blowing fuses, the fan only draws 9.5 amps and its a 15 amp fuse, if i put a new fuse in it will work for a bit then crap out. is the motor going on the fan or??...checked for a short in the wires, but found nothing...what else should i do? please help!

also now, i put in a new fuse, went for a drive, fan didnt kick on so everything was good, got home let it idle, fan came on for 2 seconds then the fuse popped, turned the car off and installed a new fuse, turned on the ignition not start the engine, and fan ran completely fine until it turned off, fuse didnt blow....im sooo confused
