Coolant leak arount alternator ?
This morning, I was supposed to pick up a bike rack. When I noticed after 2 minutes of idling to warm the car up, I reverse out of my garage to see a little puddle of coolant. Hopped out of the car looked under the car, see it dripping from like under the crank pulley around the alternator and stuff..
I first noticed last night I was low on coolant, which I forgot to add after work, and on the way home the temp creeped up a bit. So I put the heater on blast since it was cold, and I was half a mile away from home. Added coolant drove it around for about 20 minutes everything was good. But I did notice while I had it on full blast it was hot, and for about 20 seconds air was coming out below room temp almost, then got hot again.. What could be wrong...

Re: Coolant leak arount alternator ?
I would want to guess that, since it's leaking by the crank pulley, that the water pump is leaking. If you're lucky, it might be something simple like a hole in a heater hose or something like that...
