Ok well my clutch pedal had some play in it, so I replaced the clutch cyclinder, the clutch has LOTS of play, and it doesnt engage until almost the floor

Is this the slave cyclinder? I bleed the **** out of clutch cyclinder after replacing, Would like to fix this soon

This is in a 93 Si Hb. I know the clutch is obvoisuly hydrolic, Is there anyway to adjust the clutch pedal?

you have air in the line or something is wrong. Did you replace the master or slave cylinder? Is anything leaking at all?

look up under the drivers floorboard and where the push rod on the clutch pedal goes into the firewall see if there is any fluid there.
if there is then you need a new master!

I am going to say you still have air in the system. I thought I was bleeding my clutch right until i read a little more and figured out I was not. How are you bleeding the clutch?

I replaced the master cyclinder, there is no extra fluid leaking

Im bleeding it like you would a break.. pump it like a ****, hold it to the floor, then a buddy open the slave cyclinder, then close. Repeated probably 30ish times. I made sure the resvoir never got low, that way no more air got in.

Did you prime the master cylinder with fluid?

Do not pump the clutch like a ****. You'll end up with a mily broth of clutch fluid and air. Pump is slowly and evenly, eventually the pedal feel will come back. If it takes a long time take a break (about 15 - 20 min) so that any air in the line can accumulate at the line hisghest point instead of being dispersed throughout the line.

Flush the clutch line by pumping the clutch pedal w/ the line open. You should get alot of large air pockets out this way. Add fluid as necessary, and then close the line and bleed it like normal. This should do the trick.
