Default Car starts one minute, then dead?

94 CX with B18C, P72. It does have wiring issues which I'm in the process of sorting out now but it has always started right up, then just yesterday I turn the key and get nothing... Battery is new with 12.74 volts and it will turn over just fine when I jump the solenoid on the starter but not with the key? Where should I start?

I have NO voltage at the "S" terminal on the starter wire when turning the key. I do have full battery voltage at the large Battery wire though.

have you checked all of your fuses and grounds on your car to make sure none of them are bad?

Is it turning over or just nothing at all? If its turning over then may check nuetral safety switch.

Check your ICM in your distributor.

Starter is fine (new) when I jump the terminals it starts easily.
The ICM is what worries me, is that part of the starting circuit? The dist plug is what is hacked all to heck on this car, I'm trying to find a new harness now but I refuse to pay what some folks want for a 20 year old beat up harness...

It doesn't turn over at all, just a faint "click" from one of the relays is all I get, like I said it started right up just the night before...
