Unplug the 2nd O2 sensor and turn the key to ON(II). One of the two heater terminals in the wire harness side connector should have battery voltage to body ground and to the other terminal.

For the record, it's P0141, not PO141.

If you want to do it the right way, test the plugs on your O2 sensor harness. If you want to be lazy, just replace the secondary O2 sensor.

That's the thing, I've already replaced the downstream o2 sensor.

Then it's time to pull out the multimeter and test your plug for the O2 sensor.

Well, new symptom. Car has completely stopped stalling, and all this morning had a perfect idle of around 800. Well now when I come to a stop the idle will go down real low, and then slowly come back up to 800.

Any more ideas?

@ Ron, I looked up a diagram for how to change my engine idle but I don't have access to a timing light, nor do I know how to use one. So, for now, I'm trying to rule out every other possibility.

Thanks to everyone for all their help so far with this issue.

A new proposal!

How would I go about checking the TPS? (I'm assuming you mean throttle position sensor)

You're going to need a multimeter. Lemme find a DIY.

Don't know why that isn't in the FAQs.

Looks complicated 0_0

But thanks man, I'll definitely look into it. Even if this isn't my problem, it still sounds like a good thing to do.
