Yea well the title says it all I guess.. I haven't really looked into to it but recently i noticed when im going over 70-80 mph or more and I step on the brakes to slow down, the whole car starts to shake and rumble which makes it hard to control if your going at a high speed. I always use a torque wrench to tighten my lugs to spec and my brakes are always smooth as silk. I think overtightening can be one factor leading to warped rotors/drums.

Replace the rotors and pads. And always torque your wheels. I worked at honda for a year and a half and we always seen cars coming in do to people/shops over tighting the wheels.
