Cams, Valve Springs, Retainers
I have a b16 motor and i plan on having these valvetrain items: cams, valve springs & retainers from either an itr or ctr. About how much do you think a garage would charge to have these installed?

What shop is that cause I wanna go there. They charge you out the *** for labor, and the springs and and all that stuff isn't a 10 minute job. I have no clue how long it takes but I'm betting it won't be cheap. You might as well try and learn to do it yourself. You'll get the experience and save a few hand fulls of money.
