same thing happend to me bro same car same year.1995 honda civic ex. i was just driving and all of a sudden i hear like metal on metal when i rev the engine. and then it would go away and come back. i pop the hood and the engine is running but the alt and ps pulleys as well as the crank pulley isnt. so i was like wtf!!!?? and so luckily i worked at a shop and i found out the bolt snapped off.. i raised the car took the belts off and with a drill and a skinny drill bit i started to make a whole within the broken part of the bolt inside the crank. then a thicker drill bit and thicker but not thick enough to were i stripped the inside. then it just came out with my finger. if u need more brief description pm me. but just a little advice u need lots of time and a lot fo patience cuz its a bisnitch.

Wow, to remove that bolt without it being broken was a HUGE PAIN! It took my friend and I to remove it. I was on one side jamming a pry-bar into the flywheel teeth to keep it from spinning, and my friend was on the other side putting all of his body weight to loosen the damn bolt. I can't imagine removing that while it's broken.

Like the above poster said, drilling it out might be the only way to remove it. Just keep drilling holes into the bolt and use a bigger bit as you progress.

Good luck man!
