Default Blowing fuses for what seems like every thing.

I have a 93 ex coupe d16z6 and the other night i noticed that i had a head light out. Checked the bulb and ballast cause there hids. I thought it was the ballast however when i put the stock bulbs back in it still dident work. So i replaced the fuse and it worked.but then the fuse for the passanger fuse blew put the stock light in for that and hasent blown yet. But now my cruise control and horn dont work. And then to top it off none of my brake lights work now.
