Default is a big 16g too big for stock d15b?

or would it be way to laggy? i would much rather go with a small16g but having a hard time finding one in good shape. plus i could just buy the big 16g new.

just a peppy street car. looking for about 200-220whp
just wondering if it will be super laggy. i have a small 16g right now but its slowly taking a ****.
and having a really hard time finding one in good shape.
