B16a2: Does anyone know what this is or where it goes?
Hey, I just finished my swap and there's just one thing that I'm unsure about. There's this thing located on the top side of my intake manifold right behind the injectors. It has a sensor plugged to it and a vacuum hose going in on one end and a fitting at the other end with a red hose running in between. I'm not sure if a vacuum hose is supposed to go on the fitting or what.
Here are some pics:
Any ideas as to what this is? My d16y8 had an extra vacuum line going into my intake so I was wondering if I should just run a vacuum line from this to my intake.

Ok, so that means it would go to the fitting in this pic that doesn't have a hose on it? (this isn't my car but my charcoal canister is the same way)
And I have one more question. I have a vacuum gauge and I know vacuum should read between 20-25in/hg. On my d16y8 it read 22in/hg. On this engine, it reads 15 at startup and then goes to around 19. Could it be this valve that's causing a vacuum leak?
Thanks for the help.
