Alright i think ive decided on an h22 swap. it looks like id actually be spending less money this way rather than getting a b16a2 swap wich has alot less tq anyways.

is there any modifications ill need to do to my 97 dx coupe to make the h22 fit? its real big im scared ill have to do some welding or something.

and yes i tried searching but found nothing on h22 swaps in these forums. so any help would be appreciated

im not 100% sure but i wouldnt think you would have to, you just get the mount kit and drop it in. but id like to know b/c ive been thinking of doing this to my civic too, i like my turbo d16 but i want something alot better and has more potental and b/c b-series are getting really expensive lately seeing how theres not so many any more

do you know where to buy mount kits for that? if thats all it needs thatd be sweet

ayeso is right, you didnt search correctly.. If you've never done this before, then find a buddy who has to help you out. Read through the link ayeso put for you, it has lots of info and will and will answer just about every question you have about the swap. Good Luck
