not much point in modding that engine with more bolt ons, i have the same thing. im saving for a swap. but to get some good numbers you could put on a VTEC head, and a turbocharger.

Depends on what you want... You could go with a cat-back exhaust next, and/or you could go forced induction. It's kind of a broad question, and you need to do some thinking on several things. What do you want to do next? Function, or Fashion? Low budget? We need a few more details.

i think you should go with exhaust. and even if you do end up swaping the engine, you can still use the exhaust. so yeah, N1 all the way.

Wheres John when you need him? Anyways, he tells me all the time I need to boost my engine like that. Just a junkyard trubo setup will give you that much boost as long as you have a big enough turbo. Then once your engine blows up you simply take $500 and buy a new civic engine cause they are cheap. Boostin would be the best idea, running like 15psi and getting some nice slicks so you could win tons of races at the track so the turbo and new engine would eventually pay for itself.

If not swap, at the very least, throw on a d16 vtec head.

And squeeze a modest 60 shot for fun. That's cheap and effective. (although I hate NOS)
