soak the hoses in VERY hot but not boiling water, this will provide a small amount of stretch when installing the hoses. I hope this helps

ill give that a try... but size of stock rad outlet = 1 1/8s size of the mishimoto = 1 1/4 .. not sure if the hose would strech that much

1 1/4 is smaller than 1 7/8. Did you get those backwards?

I went and purchased the hoses for a 99-00 Civic Si and just clamped down on the motor side. The only thing im not happy with is the upper hose and how its bent after I cut it. I might need to give it another try with a new hose.

I had to do the same thing. Only instead I bought the flexible radiator hose for the top. It still had a funny kink in it but a couple of zip ties and it was straight. I am in the middle of a swap now but as soon as I am done I will post up pics of my ghetto fab radiator hoses.
