99 civic ex with jdm B16A swap HELP!!
First things first let me start by saying that this vehicle was purchased while it was running fine. Drove it 6 hours to where shes at now. Now for the issue. About a week ago i started to notice a hesitation problem was not too worried about as i suspected a faulty clutch as the problem persisted. So i opened her up and replaced clutch yada yada yada...upon buttoning it back up i felt the problem had been addressed. After giving it a few runs up and down the road i realized the problem was still there if not worse. Could not get out of first gear and eventually would bog severely and even what i suspect as a misfire. I had enough creep and crawl to make it back to the house. She starts and idles fine but as soon as you give it throttle she begins to bogg. Even sometimes seems to go completely away for a few seconds and then repeats itself. Shes equipped with a chipped p28. No CELs so im at a standstill Any help would be appreciated as i have exhausted an entire week trying to diagnose the issue.could this be an electrical problem, exhaust timing?
..
..[update] after scratching my head for months now I found that this car in fact DOES NOT HAVE A P28 BUT A P75 with hondata V3! The case threw me off because it is marked as p28,upon close inspection I removed the bottom half of the metal ecu case and the numbers from the circuit board to the numbers listed on the barcode did not match. Also something is burned on the board but I do not know the diagram or what it is. Also explains why the vtec spool code kept popping up as from what I read the p75 is a non vtec ecu correct??? Whoever built this build was tossing shyt in just to get the car functional I would imagine. I am clueless as to what to do now. Should I get a proper ECU? If so what ecu would be best for the b16A into this 99 civic with vtec? And can I remove the v3 that's currently on the p75 and add It to another ecu should I choose to buy another one. Anybody with any opinion would be appreciated as now this car has all the wrong parts in it...plz help

Check the basics, Check the spark plugs
Check cap and rotor inside distributor
Check ignition timing with a timing light gun
Check mechanical timing, remove the valve cover and spark plugs and rotate the engine by hand till the cams and crank reach TDC and see if the timing belt slipped.

I know this is old but i went ahead and checked the ecu and found this burnt spot at the upper left. Could this be whats causing my bogg/lagg? I am not familiar with this any opinions will be helpful.
