98 civic with y7/y8 mini me - Idle adjustment question
What's good HT! I have a 98 civic with a y7/y8 mini me and comp 105300 stage 2 cam. I'm trying to adjust the idle with the famous screw on the throttle body. The problem I'm having is the car will not run with the iacv unplugged. How do I set the idle if I can't get the car to run? I have searched, and haven't found an answer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

So, what ECU is running your mini-me? What transmission?

My bad. Its running off a chipped p28 with a stock y8 base for now, and has a y7 5speed.
