Default 94 Del Sol Si with Very Poor MPG

The Car:
1995 Honda Civic Del Sol Si
1.6L D16Z6
Mods
short ram intake
K&N filter + K&N Drycharge filter bag (just cleaned)
92 accord Cap (for Exturnal Coil) New
Stock rotor (new)
MSD blaster ss Coil
MSD A6 Multi Spark Controller
MSD 8mm wires
DC Header
High flow Cat (for all just like a test pipe but looks like a Cat)
N1 Cat Back
Autometer AFR guage
ok so i have had the car for some time now. and for about 8 months after i got the car (it was Stock When i got it) it all of a sudden started having a bouncy AFR it would stay 14.5~14.9 at idel and cruzing. then just out of the blue it started bouncing all over from 10.0~17.8 at idel and cruzing.
when i got the car i would get 34 MPG and after the AFR started reading funny i whent down to 28 MPG the other day i was taking off from a stop and out of the blue the car just pulled realy hard and i noticed the AFR was reading 14.6 steady it quickly whent back to being bouncy and now i'm getting around 22 MPG any ideas would be Nice.

I have NO CEL's and when i look at the ECU with a snap-on solice scanner the temp and air temp sensor read correct.

autometer AF gauges arnt really accurate... but you def have an issue somewhere.. first off id put the stock ignition back on it.. its a stock motor and honda actually has a pretty good ignition setup the majority of people run stock ignition, even 500 hp setups.. you dont need a external coil or a ignition box.. your just wasting money..

how long have u had those plugs in? the stock NGK v gap plugs that are 2 bucks are the best plugs to run ... the big expensive fancy plugs dont really do anything for honda's , just another big waste of money.. everyone recommend's even on boosted cars to run the regular ngk plus, boosted guy just use a different heat range..

I would say try swapping injectors.. you may have some dirt in the fuel system and an injector is sticking open... have u tryed using fuel system cleaner? or changed ur fuel filter for a while?

thinking it might be a stuck injector myself i have a FPG on the filter and i have good readings 32Psi at idle 42 at WOT. now it does hold pressure (i can start the car and still have 32 psi an hour or two later but in an 8 hour woork day it's back to 0) not sure if i should be seeing any drop at all but thats what i have.

someone said to get a new map and that will fix it.

the wideband is a stand alone guage. i used my data logger and got the same reading as the readings.

i had a set of NEW never used still in box Honda OEM injectors and a OEM Nerrowband o2 sensor. i put both in and i'm still getting the same readings.

when i put in the injectors i looked down the intake runners and there clean.
i'll check and see if the map is working tomarrow using both datalogging and a vac guage
i'll also pull the spark plugs and see if there ok. If all seems ok i'll play with the timing

ok so far i have
swaped injectors
changed o2
chandeged Air charge temp sensor (IAT)
reset timing (my book said to set to RED mark on pully Alldata says center mark of the three marks close together.) i'm set to the center mark
swaped plugs for a set of V-Power NGK's
and did a seafoam flush to the intake

and i'm still using way too much fuel.
any one got any brite ideas.

Is your timing off?
Also, check to make sure your plugs are gapped correctly
(mine weren't and my mileage/horsepower sucked XD; )

it would sound like it ur o2 really. is ur wideband hooked up to ur ecu?
and id reset the ecu after putting in the new wideband. Sometimes random stuff like that will fix ur problem.

my wideband is NOT conected to the ecu. i was going to hook it up when i installed it but wasn't sure how and didn't want to fry the sensor and guage or the ecu so my wideband is just connected to the guage.

also i have the 4-2-1 header and someone told me to move the ECU's stock nerrowband o2 from the Cyl 4 o2 bung and install it in the bung at the collector just befor the cat. i'll need to make a extention connector to reach from under the disty to the back of the motor but i can do it.
