Creats turbulance which helps to atomize air/fuel.

Started block assembly tonight, top oil ring got stuck against the deck and broke the tip off.

I am atm haveing internship at a francs car dealer citroen, and it sucks.
Stupid electric Cars hahaha.

My engine is a B16A1 semi build, maybe going to put in wet sleeves but that would be beter with a B18 bored to 2.L
I bought the engine from a car mechanic af was build By DymoTrack. All valve internals are titanium, and engine is painted so or wouldnt rust or going to have does White spots.

Im going to get or painted Real Nice oranje metallic and thinking of a full welld rollbar.

Im Still saveing up money het de paintjob done, and buy more parts.
Copper radiateur, fixeing Brackets for My RangeRoverSport calipers.
Gonna coat the whole frame, subframe/swaybars/chambers/ etc.

I have done so Much My self because i dont have space for it.
I Wish i had small garage with some Electro. And water.

But the rent is to DAMN high.

Im Also student and trying to buy as Much as possible to finische me car.
And get it chipped on 22pSi.

Keep US updates and you really should buy the B20 and start Just with Vtec conversion kit and blockguard.
Honed it and get the head angle grinded.
B20 is awesome!

Btw, if you are not useing the 70MM TB i would like to have it :-P

Kind regards

chipping the p06 i have with jdm p29 maps, then tune.

oh ****, eh? i never new that. its all good now though, my buddy gave me his clean and working td43u dizzy for free!

look them up yourself.. there's a stock zc dyno graph on zcr with a turbo that wasnt necessarily big at 16psi making 300whp.

if you dont like my choice of engine you dont have to comment on it. im building a motor in my budget.

started assembling the block today. I decided to just use that oil ring that had a chip on the end on the most bottom. i filed it down so it was smooth. this time i got all the pistons in real easy.

now im still waiting on parts to arrive.

That yellow piece is just a plug/block off for a port on the intake pipe that he is not using which is why he blocked it off. Having a little baby breather filter like you are referring to is ok too.

rod bolts only stretched .002. I thought they were overstretched becuase i over torqued them 13ft lbs. max stretch is .0058. got the oil pump and rear main on, cleaned out the oil pan, and then noticed my rtv was all dried out so that was it for the day.

Im really sorry if i sound like hating, totally don't mean to disrespect or something.
I'm amazed of what your all doing so much by your self.

I really do like your engine and work effort you put in.

I'm really curious what power you can get out of it.

I didn't really get what you were saying about p06 and p29 maybe you could explain bit more about it.

What I'm useing is a GT3076 and I am thinking of welding the internalwastegate so I can use external Wastegate or buy new backgate and do it the perfect way.

If I'm not mistaking u were planning to go boosted right?
I'm still doubting for RamHorn or TopMount, de RamHorn should be better because of the distance, but TopMount is so badass haha.

I'm really looking forward to see some vid. How it runs.
Btw. The 70mmTB I would like to talk about over private if that's possible.

Kind regards from NL

Thanks man! I have put lots of time into this motor haha. Im quite curious too, I might put it on the dyno when its done...we'll see. I went to the local drag strip with the d15 I have now to compare! firs time going, my best r/t was .303 seconds and my fastest time was 15.5 @ 88mph

getting my ecu chipped with JDM P29 maps.

do whichever you think is best! yup, Idk when I will be going boost though.

dont worrry, ill most deffinately post up some videos

ok
