92 Civic Code 20?

Hey guys i have a 92 civic lx with a built jdm d15b vtec and i have been noticing that since i got it tuned on chrome everytime i like go to enable vtec i get a code 20 eld? how do i get rid of this? is it important i dont even know what it is lol.....any help would be appriciated thanks

check the regulator on the alternator or the eld it's self. I had this problem a few days ago the alternators regulator fried and i changed the eld today and fixed part of the problem. the lights still flicker but i get up to 14 volts now.
