92 Civic ELD Code!?
Hey guys,
I was driving home today and someone was going reaaaal slow infront of me so i downshifted, and passed them, as i did this i got a code 21 eld....Now i know what it is, but have never had to deal with it in my car....is this located in the alternator? or how should i go upon fixing this? I wouldnt normally care, but im about to do my swap and im trying to avoid any porblems to occur with the new swapp....

P.S it has been tuned on chrome, and only started doing this after the tune.
