maybe your brake pads are too stiff...

if you bought the cheap stuff at kragen and stuff, they will squeak after minimal use. the pads are still gunna have meat on them but will squeak cuz they are stiff pads..

Always change your pads when you get your rotors turned. Your old pads will have grooves etched into them from the shape of your old rotors. If you put them on new rotors, they could eventually transfer the grooves over to your new rotors leaving you right where you left off.

if anything at all, take some sandpaper to the pad to try to get rid of its grooves. are you using the shims with anti-vibration compound?
