1998 Civic Power Steering Broken
Took my car in about a month ago to get a new subframe put in. A week later I got the car back and all seemed fine. Although they said they had some alignment issues so my steering wheel is not perfectly straight (just an inch or two off center). Other than that the car drove fine. Then about a week and a half ago I noticed my car felt a little funny. Vibrations in my clutch and brake pedals and a little harder to turn the wheel. Five days ago I no longer had power steering at all.
What could be the cause of this? Something they did while putting in the new subframe I assume? If so what is the most likely area/part that could be causing this?

Check the PS fluid level in the reservoir. Is it full?
Check the PS pump belt. Is it tight? With the engine idling, does the pump pulley turn?
Are any of the PS hoses or lines pinched or crimped?
By the way, it's not difficult to remove to steering wheel and get it positioned straight ahead by moving it a tooth or two on the steering column shaft.
