Default 1992 CX Honda Hatch w/ B20B swap Idle Issue

Ok whats up hondatech ive been experiencing a idle issue with my 1992 Honda civic cx with an ls swap i changed the iac sensor and computer and that did not solve the issue then ive changed all the hoses on the motor anti freeze level was good oil level was good everything was good so then i found a buyer for my ls and sold it then bought a b20b from jdmengineworld in queens and i also put in a gsr transmission i changed all the hoses on the engine before i put it in got everything in there and i am still having the same idle issue i did with the ls what hell can the problem be i thought when i put the new engine everything was going to be good hence the reason why i sold the ls i also changed the engine harness when i put the new b20b in all anti freeze level is good oil is good new computer again i don't know whats going on what can it be

What ecu did you use? Was it chipped? Has it been tuned?

I'm running the same ecu my friend had in his b20 del sol not chipped not tuned it's a bone stock motor

On both the motors the first 10-15 seconds of start up car idles normal then after that it just starts bogging up and down like from 1k-3k

You check the o2 sensors? When you first start a car while it's in open loop it's reading off engine sensors while the o2 sensors warm up to work properly. Once the car starts to warm up the o2 sensors kick in. Atleast that's my understanding and if I'm wrong, someone please correct me. So if it's fine when you first start but not after. Could be that.

Only thing I can think of that would remain the same in the car that affects performance after a complete engine swap. Other than clogged fuel filter / lines / or faulty fuel pump.
