Blown Engine? Please help!

Blown Engine? Please help!
Hi everyone!
I have just purchased my first honda (2012 civic si). It has a salvage title due to flooding, but it had very little damage. The car was checked for water in the engine, and there was nothing. It drove a couple hundred miles since the flooding without a single problem. I ended up driving 60 miles today, then came home for a couple hours, then decided to run out again. The car turned on and started driving like usual, but this time when I turned the corner (about 500ft from my house) I heard a really loud rattling/clanking sound (NO smoke) and a warning sign appeared on the screen stating that there was 30% oil left. Then the car lost all power. Luckily I managed to pull over and shut off my car completely. Then when I tried turn it on–– the engine seemed dead. The radio, blinkers, lights, power windows and locks were all working, but the engine just didn't start (complete silence). I stepped outside noticed a trail of oil leading to my car and a large puddle where my car stopped. My dad checked under the car and found shattered pieces of metal covered in oil. Is it possible that my engine block exploded? And any idea how that could of happened and what are my options?
Advice is very much appreciated! Thanks!

Ha, why would I be trolling? Just a very car-illiterate girl.. figured people here could help.
And yes, flooded like it went in a lake.
Do you think it calls for a new engine? Or can that be fixed? Thanks so much!

Sorry, the metal on the road should be enough of an answer, didn't mean to be rude. Your crankshaft is almost certainly toast and internals probably exited the front of the block. Most likely will need a new engine. Damn, lol you really meant flooded!

Re: Blown Engine? Please help!
why would you buy a SALVAGE 2012 ? so you can F*ck yourself ? Car did not even make it 60 miles, to correct the issue is going to cost upwards of 3000$ unless you can work on the car yourself, which due to your car-illiteracy definitely seems not plausible. Good luck with fixing a salvage tittle car, one thats already worthless to begin with, now unless you paid something like 5,000 for the car then i would understand but i highly doubt that. Im going to take a wild guess and say you paid 13k+ for the salvage tittle get ready to drop another 3k+ on fixing the motor, and still have a car that is worth less than 7k

yes the bottom end exploded. look on the side of the block or oil pan and look for a big hole or possibly a connecting rod sticking out. to answere your question yes you need a new engine.
