Question about shift ****
I have an 06 ex sedan with a manual. I want to put a nice aftermarket shift **** on it. Not looking to spend like 50 bucks, but can anyone make a few recommendations? I don't like the feel of the stock shifter ****, trying to start making a few customizations to my car. Thanks in advance for any help.

Just make sure the thread size is M10x1.5. I personally like weighted ***** (heavier which is one of the reasons most cost more). Most ebay ones are not weighted or only slightly.
I would look into a skunk2 ****. Most of them are around $40-50 but you can probably get a used one for $20.

I also have an 06 ex sedan and just purchased a new si shift ****. It screws on but doesn't line up right. I also had to change my shift boot because the ring at the top didn't fit. Hope this helps

Re: Question about shift ****
Honestly a weighed shift **** is so ideal for the simple fact that it make shifting more enjoyable!
This is the one I'll be getting:

Re: Question about shift ****
I have the skunk2 ****, I love it! also, to the guy that said his **** doesn't line up, what you have to do is screw the bottom screw up as you screw the **** down and make it meet at the spot you want it to be and it will be tight.

Re: Question about shift ****
blox 490g shift ****. you can find one for about $50 new. by far one of the best investments I ever did for my 07 Civic EX. Sold the car and gave the shift **** to my buddy who drives an 05' s2k. His shifts are now smoother than ever.

OP, try this. They look great...but pair them with a factory nut. http://pages.ebay.com/motors/link/?nav=item.view&id=250408935537
Also...I have a 6spd Si **** or a 5 spd skunk2 **** for $30 shipped anywhere in the continental USA.
