Courtesy Lights, 2006 SI w/Fogs... WTF?
I have been looking to get the courtesy light kit from handa accessories (link : http://handa-accessories.com/civelec06.html ) However, I have fog lights already installed on my car. The only problem with this is, theres no place for the switch to go.... Is there an alternative, if anyone knows? Id really like to get this kit and turn the lights red. Thanks for any help.

you can change the led to red if u rip them apart....
by the time u do all that
you could have just bought some cheaper led rice kit from ebay

In a Junkyard near you.
You could just bypass the switch (hardwire them) so that as soon as the lights come on the courtesy lights come on.
And you would have to tie in with the same fuse box connector that the foglights use too.
(thats why Honda says you can't use them together)

Itd be nice to be able to just wire them up with the lights that come on when you open the door, but id want to be able to turn them on and off too i suppose...... *sigh*

New acessory that shines blue light on the drivers and passenger floor as well as the pocket under the radio/ climate control.
It's possible to wire them to the doors too. Just use a power relay and hook it to the dome light + wire.

Its possible, but I don't think it is the OEM way.
If you really want the courtesy lights, then buy some aftermarket 12V LEDs and follow these instructions (the only difference is that you connect the wire from the LEDs to the pre-existing wire, which should be the a red wire with a black stripe)
I'm in the process of completing my setup, and to save sopme time, I got a rocker switch with an LED in it and put it in the center dash thing where the Honda OEM center light would go.So Not only is it an accent light but also the on/off switch.
So far so good.

Look a little up above where the foglight harness plugs into the fuse box. I know on the oem foglight kit sold through honda there is a dummy female harness that is taped to the foglight harness. The courtesty lights should plug into that dummy harness to obtain power.

I went aftermarket LED as well. Little different setup though: I paid about $80 for a kit containing two 9" LED strips, two 7" strips, and four single bulbs (single bulbs typically put behind A/C vents but I thought that was a little much). I only installed the 9" strips (one under each driver and passenger dash) and the kit came with a small power module that also mounts under the dash. Then everything is controlled with a small remote (size of standard keyless entry button) and I can choose among 7 different colors. Usually I keep them red to match the dash, but if I get bored I can change them, or make them fade between colors, or strobe, or whatever. I had always gone with neons in the past, but prefer this setup by far. Plus using the remote is cool b/c I can turn them on/off (or change colors) w/o requiring an extra switch mounted/drilled visibly in my dash. Installation was another $50 or so. Ultimately, EVERYTHING is hidden!
