Default My clutch makes a clicking sound

When I press on the clutch I hear a click sound. If I press down more I will hear a 2nd click sound. Is this normal?

Normal...I have a 2004 civic and it used to make that noise..It also made a noise when down shifting...If this is happening you need to look at getting a new clutch and flywheel. I got the stage 2 exedy clutch and ACT light weight racing flywheel and I have no complaints....It grips great and was the best mod I did to my car other than the custom turbo kit I just put on it..So you might need to look at getting a new clutch and that should fix the problem.

It's most likely your clutch master cylinder making the clicking sound. mine is doing the same thing.

Will I damage anything if I still drive the car w/ the clicking sound? Also how much will it cost to get it fix?

You won't damage anything, I drove mine around like that for quite a while and then had it replaced under warranty right before I decided to void mine.

When I got mine fixed it was the Master cylinder also..So that is what you need to have them fix..but for the price of getting a clutch and flywheel with the tranny already out...you should just look at getting the whole thing like i did..it was the best upgrade for the d17 other than turbo

you don't need to remove the tranny to do a master cylinder. u have misinformed him twice already in this thread.

Master cylinder replacement doesn't involve transmission removal, it's right underneath the dash against the firewall.

If you don't know what you're talking about, stop pretending like you do.
