Having a slight problem with my 01 Civic LX Sedan. When I go to start out in 1st gear, i have to let the clutch nearly to the top of travel before it engages. After I get going, seems to be okay.

The car has 250K miles on it, and I do believe the clutch has been replaced at some point.

Check your clutch line to see if its leaking. Try re bleeding the clutch. Check your slave cylinder to see if its engaging enough.
