2004 Civic LX died and now has low power
Background:
2004 Civic
115k miles
Manual Trans
Bone stock
I was driving down the interstateat about 65mph and the car died on me. I got it pulled off to the side, waited a few minutes and it started up after sputtering a few times. Started back towards home and the CEL came on and the car was running like crap. I decided to let the car sit and pick it up with a dolley. On the way home, I stopped at Autozone and hit it with the scanner. Code was P1129. I changed the MAP sensor, cleaned the filter and replaced the spark plugs. Car will start (poorly) and run but it has no power and the idle is pretty rough and low.
Since it is labor day, all the shops are closed. I am leaning towards it being a jumped timing belt but please give me more stuff that I can take a look at.
Thanks
Matt

That trouble code indicates low engine vacuum. I would go after a problem with the timing belt. If the belt timing is off that would cause a low engine vacuum.
