2002 honda civic ex idle\ starting problem

2002 honda civic ex idle\ starting problem
I went to go out and start my car, and i noticed the car was only idling at 500-300 Rpms pretty much just about to stall, but once a gave it gas it was fine, drove around for and hour or so. parked the car, then went to leave in the morning, and the car wouldn't even start. Anyone know what i need to do? Need helps ASAP!

Got the same problem too! Thanks to toyomatt84 for the advice. I'm gonna have my idle air control valve in my throttle body checked soon.
