Which bolt are you talking about exactly? Is it the ball joint your talking about? If so it is spinning inside the balljoint which shouldnt happen, usually leads to needing to replace it

umm i'll say heat it up or use something to push on the other end to while removing the bolt.. if it turns it should come out...unless its cross threaded or something else...but either way it should come out.

I already change the left control arm but the right lower control arm having some issuse. The bolt that goes up on the subframe wouldn't come out. IT turning but think the bushing might have sieze on the bolt. I don't have heat gun but I'm thinking to cut it out and put a new bolt on it. I thinking to cut the center bolt out and use vise grip to get it out.. IF that fail i'm thinking to cut the nut on top of it and but new one there.... Does anyone know what size nut would that be?

This occurs when the bolt seizes to the metal sleeve inside the bushing, you'll need to cut the bolt out.
