Default '01 Civic Vtec (1.7L) coolant overflowing...

My coolant overflow tank has been overflowing. This just started a week or so ago. I tried changing the radiator cap and did a compression test (each cyl. showed 162lb +/- 2lb and held for a minute or so with no leakage showing). What should I try next, the thermostat or radiator? Could it still be a head gasket? The exhaust seems to be normal (no smell or white smoke, and the oil and coolant are clean). The engine never overheated.

It technically could be the head gasket, but I would say there's something up with either the thermostat or a clog in the system.
