I think a car without tint is horrible. I don't like it when people in the next car can see me pick my nose. Plus for heat reduction during the summer. I thought about this alot before...swapping out windows is a pain in the ***...don't even bother. 9 times out of 10 they will tell you to crack the window a lil to see if it is the real window..
Cops aren't stupid...I'm sure plenty of people tried these tricks before...the best thing to do is watch out for cops...if you see a cop and he hasnt seen you yet...roll your windows down enough so he can see you and inside your car and hope he doesn't notice your windows are too dark... In the long run if cops keep bothering you...you're better off with legal tints.

I have also just gone to the station with the tint and hoped that they wouldn't look... it worked once.
</TD></TR></TABLE> i really wouldnt try that coming from experience i waved out a cop in san jose to sign off my ticket for illegal tint he examine the car and check serial number to see if its the actual car. so i dont know. and i do think the plexi idea would work and you can always just tell that that youre window roll down mechanism isnt working i dont beliefe thats against the law. so and keep u posted.

i would agree with maybe of you guys to just take off the tint. i would never in my right mine tint my car. i like that clean look. but however hes not asking what we think of tint and if to remove it or keep it.
