It wasn't. I really have no idea what that is you have pictured. And don't have one to go look at. Sorry.

How are you guys routing the passenger side aux harness on the eg?
Also, I'm doing an abs delete. The wiring for everything seems to be marked with orange connectors? So how are you all eliminating it? Where does it end? Or are you just cutting them inside the cabin? It seems like a big mess of wiring in there. How are you all routing it behind the fender?

if i remember correctly the 99 si rpm signal comes from the ecu side and routes threw the dash and into the cluster, not like the reg obd2 where the rpm come from the dizzy. so if the harness is going into a 99 si or ex, then u will be fine.I usually always run the rpm wire just in case it does'nt go into the correct chassis.

Question about The constant 12v to the starter. Relocated the battery to the trunk so instead of running a wire all the way from trunk to fusebox and starter and then adding a plug so I can disconnect with the harness when I need to. What if I use the constant 12v from the alternator? Less wiring

There is no constant 12V from the alternator. The thick wire from the alternator goes to the fuse box.

You can run your heavy gauge to the starter and then drop your smaller gauge from there to the fusebox OR if you use some sort of bulkhead connector for heavy cable (which you really should) at the firewall, you can split it there.
Its been discussed in here quite a few times, there is also a battery location thread that should give you some decent ideas. The problem with trying to power your fusebox with the alternator is that it doesn't output until you get the motor going...

progress on the left side.
tucked my abs wires temporarily until i can fully delete it, along with moving my overflow reservoir to where the old intake crap was under the fender, that i also removed.

I don't think ur getting me or I'm not getting u lol I'm not trying to plug the alternator to a battery lead like the starter wire. The alternator is going to the fuse box like normal but splicing that wire to give 12v to the starter coming from the fuse not from a lead u know?

Thanks. It just seemed the simplest way to do it. The starter is what really needs the heavy connection, it pulls more amps than anything else.
This is what I used at the firewall:
