If that is the shielding for the wire, then I wouldn't.

k starting my tuck soon read quite a bit of this thread. and just had a question
i'm not asking for lengths i'm asking for diameters,
what diameters of expandable tubing did every one use? i'm assuming i'll need around five or so.
1/8" 1/4" 1/2" 3/4" 1" 1 1/4" just asking for some personal experience. and i guess what ever i'm going to use the most of.
and i assume i want flame retardant stuff.

Phun, your attention to detail is like none other around here. I'm sure the finished project will be hard to touch (not that its a competition).

Thanks for the faith in me but I might have backed myself into a corner with that setup. I have some ideas to freshen things up but I don't want to go too drastic and tear the car apart again. I'll save that for the Integra (if an when, lol).

Ive got all my holes welded and finally getting to bondoing... But I don't know If I should be using a block in tight areas or just the sand paper? And for the people that have shaved the bay did you use bondo and then finishing glaze or just primer?

For those that cut a hole in the back firewall (middle lower firewall) , what rubber grommet do you use? OEM or other type?

thanks guys...

Then what grommet should I use to cover the hole where the OEM harness came through in? (lower right corner of pix). The OEM one has a hole in it. i want a completely covered grommet.....

Do I use the EK/EG one?
