Since youre putting a mc from a different car in it kinda complicates things. From what I've read the s2k mc needs the rod trimmed or a spacer used (someone w/ experience should chime in here)... I would do the necessary modification first, and then on the bench you can push the piston all the way in by hand and make a mark on it with a sharpie or paint or something. Then you can install the mc and set the linkage so that with the pedal down the piston is just shy of going all the way in. Conversely, make sure to leave a tiny bit of top play on the pedal so that its not trying to yank the piston out when you release it too.

Just to double check, NPT threaded fittings require teflon tape on the threads but AN fittings do NOT since they are flared, right?
an-plumbing.com has decent prices too, and if you're not buying a whole bunch of crap they don't charge you to ship a giant box full of stickers and catalogs like Summit does.

Oh, and DO NOT use teflon tape on AN fittings.

Anyone know of a place that sells gold colored bolts that fit the struts and upper control arm bolts on the strut towers? I have went everywhere locally only to be told they only have them in standard size and not metric

Wish they sold them specifically for what I am looking for. Anyone know the size bolts needed for the Upper Control Amr and Strut bolts on the strut tower inside the bay? If I had that I could find them online. Help is appriciated!!

Strut nuts are M10*1.25, uca nuts are M12*1.25 locking, I prefer Nylock but all metal is fine too.

I actually got the wrong one and am having to use a crush washer to make it seal. This is the one you want http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FRA-495110-BL/

Any female AN threaded port that isn't 37 degree flared on the inside requires a straight cut and o-ringed fitting or a regular fitting and a crush washer. In my case the fuel rail and fpr
both need an o-ringed fitting.

for christs sake that site has a picture from eibach... youre practically asking to be ripped off.

google "specialty fasteners", and just know what sizes you need rather than buying a 92-95 civic bolt dress up kit.

**** is not that hard... if one were so inclined, they could even bypass companies like ARP and buy headstuds and rod bolts that are cheaper and stronger, yes stronger, and even choose how much stronger than them you want to be.

all im going to say is think 'aerospace'.

always buy as many parts as you can from non-automotive sources. its cheaper that way.
